I am a life sciences research software engineer and just joined the OeRC's Life, Natural and Biomedical Data Sharing Infrastructure team.

Up until recently I was a Research Associate at Imperial College London focused on developing data-driven tools and services for the life sciences. I was also a founding member of the Data Science Institute at Imperial College, where I set up and helped coordinate research and operations activities since its launch. Before joining Imperial, I was a postdoc researcher at the University of Oxford - on an international cancer informatics research project. I've been lucky enough to work with amazing academics from all across Europe and the USA.

I have BSc (with Honours), MSc (with Distinction) and PhD degrees all in computer science from the University of Reading, UK.
